DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR LOCAL DELIVERY?
Local delivery to the greater Perth metro area is free if your order value is over $50.00 and it is not a big or bulky item.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY TO RURAL AREAS OF WA
A delivery fee is charged on ALL items being dispatched to rural areas of Australia.
HOW ARE SMALLER ITEMS SENT THROUGHOUT AUSTRALIA AND OVERSEAS?
Smaller items are sent via Airbags throughout Australia. This service is an overnight service to capital cities. Competitive quotes are available to ship larger items anywhere in Australia or the world. Please supply your area code when requesting a quote.
WHAT IS CLASSIFIED AS A BIG OR BULKY ITEM?
Big and/or bulky items are packages over 15kg and longer than 70cm.
WHEN WILL MY PART/S BE DISPATCHED?
Your item will be dispatched between 24-48 hours. Delivery depends on where your order is being delivered to and whether you've chosen standard or express shipping.
WILL ALL THE PARTS IN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TOGETHER
Most orders will be combined into one delivery, where possible to do so. For orders with multiple products you may receive a tracking number for each package and delivery times may differ.
CAN I SEND MY ORDER TO A PO BOX?
Unfortunately parts cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
